Residency Visa & Family Visa Services in Dubai
A UAE residency visa is issued for three years and can be renewed an unlimited number of times. With this visa, you are free to live anywhere in the UAE. Residents can also sponsor immediate family members, including spouse and children under 18 years old.
To maintain an active residency visa, the holder must enter the UAE once every 6 months. Failure to do so will result in visa deactivation, requiring additional steps for reactivation.
Foreign residents in the UAE can bring their dependents if they meet the required criteria. Family visas may be issued for 1, 2, or 3 years, and must be renewed within 30 days of expiry. As these visas depend on the sponsor, if the sponsor’s visa expires or is cancelled, the dependent visas will also become invalid.
Male sponsor: minimum salary AED 4,000, or AED 3,000 + accommodation
Female sponsor: minimum salary AED 10,000, or AED 8,000 + accommodation
Female professionals (doctor, engineer, teacher, etc.): minimum salary AED 5,000
All dependents aged 18+ must pass a medical fitness test for TB and HIV.
